Quintal Extension

This project is being undertaken to increase the rental income and overall value of the property, with the objective of creating a strong return on investment. The Quintal Fourplex project involves both the pre-construction planning and construction phases led by Immeublo. The scope includes extending the ground-floor residential units into the basement, which requires excavation to lower the slab and significant foundation reinforcement to support the existing structure. Once the structural work is completed, the basement will be converted into additional residential living space with modern layouts and high-quality finishes.
