Lac Paré Chalet

The Lac Paré project involved the complete transformation of a home with an originally small, outdated, and enclosed kitchen that limited both functionality and natural light. We removed the wall separating the kitchen from the living room to create an open-concept layout, improving circulation and enhancing the connection between the spaces. This redesign also allowed the expansive living room windows to become a focal point, maximizing natural light and creating a brighter, more inviting atmosphere.

Beyond the layout improvements, the project included a full upgrade of the home’s systems and envelope. We reinsulated the walls to improve energy efficiency, replaced the entire heating system, and upgraded the water entrance along with the installation of a new water filtration system and sump pump. The cabinetry was also replaced with a modern, streamlined design, and the bathroom was fully remodeled to match the updated aesthetic and functionality of the home.
