Following the flood of August 9, the Peguy project involves a complete renovation of the basement. The scope includes replacement of the subfloor and flooring, installation of new ceramic finishes, and the full remodel of the basement bathroom and laundry room. The project also includes the installation of a sump pump and a backwater valve to avoid future water infiltration.
