The Wiseman Project consists of a full renovation of the second floor, with the goal of improving the functionality, layout, and overall use of the space. The renovation includes gutting the existing second floor and reconfiguring the layout to accommodate a new ensuite master bathroom, as well as creating a dedicated office area to allow the existing third room to be converted into a bedroom. The project also includes a renovation of the basement bathroom and select updates to the kitchen, including new countertops and backsplash, to refresh the space while maintaining its existing layout.
