The De Gaulle bungalow is undergoing a full home renovation aimed at increasing the overall value of the property. The project includes the addition of a bedroom on the ground floor, improving both functionality and market appeal. Work began in the basement due to previous flooding and incomplete repairs, in order to properly address the existing conditions and ensure a sound base for the remainder of the renovation.
