The Quintal Project consists of the transformation of an existing fourplex into a sixplex, with the addition of two residential units within the basement level. The project involves excavating the basement floor to increase the available ceiling height and create suitable living spaces while maintaining the existing building structure. The project is currently in the pre-construction and planning phase, with ongoing coordination between the architect, engineers, and the City to finalize the design and obtain the required permits. Construction is scheduled to begin once the permit is received.
