The project will include the addition of a new deck, patio, and sunroom, designed to create a comfortable and functional outdoor living area. The project is currently in the planning and coordination phase, with ongoing collaboration between the architect, engineer, client, and City to finalize the design and obtain the necessary approvals and permits.
