The Laurentides Project consists of the redevelopment of an existing property currently comprising two commercial units and one residential unit. The project will add a new residential unit above the existing second garage, with the goal of maximizing the property’s use while integrating the new space into the existing building. The project is currently in the pre-construction and planning phase, with coordination between the architect, engineers, and the City to finalize the design and obtain the required permits. Construction is scheduled to begin once the permit is received.
